Josep Espuga


Josep has spent time in inspirational places like Barcelona, New York, Hong Kong, Oliana, Shanghai, Melbourne, Dubai and the Cook Islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. He likes to explore the surroundings where his kitchen is based on source local ingredients on which he bases his cuisine. Josep creates a menu based on the geographic situation of the restaurant using local products. Being very respectful with the environment and the ecosystem is a must for Josep, creating a style of cuisine based on the terroir.
